AHP® Patented Efficient Sterilization Scheme
MasterClean AHP ®patented efficient disinfection scheme: Using a Tb hospital-grade disinfectant Diversey Oxivir ® which is registered and certified by EPA and TGA, bacteria and viruses are killed quickly and efficiently within 1 minute. It is suitable to use in infected places.
Step 1:
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the case. Arrange site inspection and liaise closely with the client to advise the client and establish the most appropriate disinfection scheme.
Step 2:
Evacuate all employees from the construction site to ensure that no one is affected by the disinfection process.
Step 3:
Personnel who conduct disinfection services should wear full protective clothing, medical gloves, eye masks, face shields and 3M N95 masks.
Step 4:
Inject the Diversey Oxivir ® Tb disinfectant into the spray machine, atomize the disinfectant into small water droplets and spray them into the entire construction space. It completely killing the bacteria and viruses in the environment.
Step 5:
During the construction process, the disinfection specialist will ensure that the indoor air conditioning circulation system is kept in the open state so that the atomized disinfectant can enter the air conditioning system to achieve the best disinfection effect.
Step 6:
The construction site will wait for about 45 minutes after the completion of the atomization so that the disinfectant can have enough time to kill viruses, bacteria and various pathogens.

MasterClean TTA® Nano Photocatalytic Long-acting Disinfectant Coating Scheme: Spray the nano photocatalytic disinfection coating evenly on the surface by the nano spray gun, forming a high functional film. Through the activation and the formation of highly active hydroxyl radicals (OH¯), the electrons of bacteria or viruses will be taken. The organic matter will then be degraded into smaller molecules like carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O) due to the loss of bonding force. Bacteria and viruses will die along with the degradation of organic compounds on the surface. The combination of cell membrane proteins will also achieve a long-term inhibition effect of bacterial reproduction, which is valid for up to a year to provide 24 hours of protection for your family members.

Step 5:
The nano-coating is evenly sprayed onto furniture, walls and surfaces using the technology of the nano spray gun. An antibacterial and antiviral high functional film is formed on the surface of the object to produce highly active hydroxyl radicals (OH¯), which kill viruses and bacteria. Step 6:

ATP® Bioluminescence Analyzer
ATP® bioluminescence technique is developed by NASA for the detection of the presence of life in outer space in an early stage. The principle is to collect samples through the luciferase detector tube and the luciferase will react with the ATP content of microorganisms to release a signal of cold light. With the specially made luciferase detector tube, the technique can have the result in 15 seconds. The stronger the signal represents more of the amount of bacterial count. This technology has been widely used in medical and food detection, which has been certified by The Association of Official Analytical Chemists (AOAC).
