MasterClean JP-ECO Non-Photoactive Catalytic Formaldehyde Removal Service
Formaldehyde is a common indoor colorless air pollutant. When the concentration of formaldehyde is high, the smell of it can be pungent, causing irritation to human respiratory tract and eyes. Long-term exposure to formaldehyde is carcinogenic.
Formaldehyde mainly comes from paint, fiberboard, plywood, acoustic panels, styrofoam, adhesive (glue) and other building materials. The opportunity of exposure to formaldehyde in daily life is quite high. For example, after decoration projects or new furniture installment, indoor formaldehyde concentration will generally rise or exceed the standard.
MasterClean ECO Non-photoactive catalytic formaldehyde removal service can help you remove formaldehyde easily. From the detection of formaldehyde concentration to formaldehyde removal, antibacterial and deodorization services, as well as the final submission of detailed test report, they are all included in the service plan. Masterclean is your trustworthy formaldehyde removal company.
JP – ECO Non-Photoactive Catalyst (無光觸媒コーティング)
MasterClean adopts a new purification product imported from Japan – the JP – ECO Non-photoactive catalyst. Its main ingredients include amorphous titanium phosphate and distilled water. It has a high energy translocation effect due to strong adsorption and potential transfer due to the characteristics of nanoparticles, which can perform catalyzation in the absence of light (redox reaction can be performed within 24 hours without being limited by the light source), and produce hydroxyl radicals (OH¯) with a strong oxidizing effect. The radicals are able to oxidize and decompose many common indoor harmful organic compounds (including formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, TVOC, etc.), and can destroy bacterial cell membrane as well as solidify virus protein to produce the effect of sterilization. The reaction will eventually decompose organic pollutants into harmless carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O), so it has a strong ability to remove formaldehyde and odor, as well as providing mildewproof and antibacterial protection with air purification. The ECO catalyst has excellent water resistance. Therefore, its coating has the advantages of resistant to abrasion, discoloration, aging with good transparency, easy spraying, and no damage to walls and furniture surfaces.
Excellent Function Of Antibacterial And Formaldehyde Decomposition
Certified by ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO45001 international environmental management system, environmentally friendly
The report of Japan Food Research Laboratories confirmed that it is harmless to humans and non-irritating to the skin
The test report of Japan Central Microbiology Institute confirmed it is effective against E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella
The report of Japan BOKEN Quality Assessment Institute report confirmed that it has a strong deodorization function
The report of Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center confirmed that formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, TVOC and other toxic and harmful gases can be effectively decomposed
Step 1:
Measure the original concentration of VOC and formaldehyde
The original concentration of VOC and formaldehyde in the environment would be measured by RAE System professional gas monitor.
Step 2:
Protection of electrical appliances and other valuables
Cover electrical appliances and other valuables with clear adhesive film.
Step 3:
Check the cleanliness of spraying surface
Check the cleanliness of all spray surfaces in the site to ensure that ECO can decompose organic compounds without light source and remove formaldehyde.
Step 4:
Spray ECO non-photoactive catalyst
The professional nano spray gun is used to evenly spray ECO non-photoactive catalyst on the surfaces of walls, furniture and other objects in the site.
Step 5:
Drying of ECO non-photoactive catalyst
After spraying, the ECO catalyst should be given at least 12 hours for drying out.
Do not wipe, wash or spray other products during the period.
Step 6:
Measure the latest concentration of VOC and formaldehyde
After the ECO catalyst is completed, the latest concentration of VOC and formaldehyde in the environment would be measured using the RAE System professional gas monitor.
Step 7:
VOC and formaldehyde concentration report
We provide customers with a paper and digital version of VOC and formaldehyde concentration report.
